It’s difficult to determine from the series of pictures during this outing of Nicole Richie, whether her hair is pinned back or if it is truly cut short. More than likely is it pinned since only a few tendrils are falling to the front, yet wouldn’t she look fantastic with a bob this length, especially since the stripes of color are so magnificent.
